包皮过长是否必须手术还得看具体的情况。有些患者即使包皮过长，阴茎勃起后龟头正常暴露，包皮不会对阴茎造成强烈的压迫感和疼痛，正常性生活也是可以的，不需要做手术。 包皮过长，阴茎勃起后龟头不能正常暴露，包皮打开后对阴茎造成压迫，龟头疼痛及其他不适。如果包皮过长，阳痿早泄，或者引起女性妇科炎症，就要尽快去医院手术治疗。
