同上几位 老夫也认为早泄与自慰的关系不是很大，依老夫个人所见 早泄最主要的因素还是在于心态，因为不管老夫是隔天撸 还是十天半个月才撸一次 时间无任何变化。如果在撸之前你没有想过任何与性有关的东西 注意节奏频率 可以10分钟往上，但要是撸之前就满脑子幻想 还没撸呢就开始亢奋的话 没秒射都是照顾你了，最重要的特征就是你会感觉到整个阴茎麻痒 尿道口流出前列腺液 就算你这时候喷点延时药水 那也是无济于事。以上为老夫亲身所感 望楼主少用手撸 用器具代替 注意卫生 保护身体！
